The Candidate Screening feature has been launched as part of our Talent Radar platform. This innovative feature integrates seamlessly with the Career Path and Learning modules in our system, enabling in-depth analysis of candidates' skills and potential. Designed to simplify decision-making in recruitment processes, this advanced module evaluates candidates based on their career progress and learning performance, offering a smarter and more effective screening process.

Filter Candidates

There are filtering processes focused on career path and learning module in this area. As a result of the filtering, information about the candidates;

  • nickname

  • Rank

  • Total point

  • Badge count

  • Certificate count

  • Progress

  • Viewable (Whether the access information is open to recruiters) can be obtained.

Career Path

Career path areas are certified learning paths that include role-based designed training and exercises.

In this area, the candidate's;

  • Certificate Count

  • Career Paths Progress

  • Learning Modules Progress

  • Recent 10 badges

  • How active he/she is in the Red Team and Blue Team areas on the platform can be obtained.

If the profile of the person you want to interview after screening candidates is closed, you can send an access request to the recruiters with a single click.
