Using the Job Feature

About

Posting a position using our Job Posting feature is a great way for you to reach a large pool of talented information security professionals who have been through a lot of learning on the platform.

There is a "Job Module" among the modules in the Enterprise admin panel. When you click on this module;

  • You can see how many jobs you have published

  • How many people have applied

and your published job.

You can edit the current job posting above with the "Edit Job" button. If you click the

"See Applications" button, you can access analysis related to the applicants.

Create New Job

Similarly, with the "Create new Job" button, you will see the same screen as you will see in the Edit Job area.

On this screen, you can also specify the following as notes:

  • Job name

  • Brief description of the job

  • Job details

  • Job status

  • Job application conditions

  • Earnings

  • Work style

  • Key words that define the job.

Conditions

Among this information, the "Condition" field is especially important. Because here you can determine who can apply for your job. You can ensure that suitable talents apply for your job with the conditions of completing the career path and Learning module content on the platform.

Edit, Preview and Statistics

  • When you click on "Preview" you can see how the job posting you have selected will look.

  • When you click on "See Applications" you will get the following data about the applicants.

Check Talents (Who Applied)

On this screen, you can see the activities of the applicants on the platform and whether they are compatible with the application and what percentage of compatibility they are according to the "Conditions" you have determined in the job posting. You can also filter and search according to all columns.

If you want to see more details about the applicant, you can click on the "View Profile" button under the "View Profile" column in the table above.

Statistics about the Talents

When you click, you can see the platform-wide statistics related to the user. In this context;

You can see basic information such as:

  • Ranking among total users

  • Total score

  • Number of times lab played

  • Number of badges earned

  • Number of career paths completed and certificate earned.

In addition to these, you can see of the user;

  • His/her status regarding Career Path content in the system

  • His/her status regarding Learning Modules content in the system

  • His/her latest earned badges

  • His/her status regarding Blue Team and Red Team content in the system, which one he/she consumes more active content in
