Overview

CyberExam Enterprise users can download PDF reports that provide a detailed overview of user competency and performance, aligned with internationally recognized cybersecurity standards.

The reports:

  • Are available in English or Turkish

  • Include NIST NICE–based skill assessments

  • Are aligned with NIST NICE SP 800-181 and NIST CSF 2.0

  • Contain visual analytics to support decision-making

  • Can be generated with one click from the Enterprise panel


Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature is available exclusively to Business accounts ( for organizations)

Authorized Enterprise users can generate PDF reports for individuals within their organization.


How to Access the PDF User Report

To download a PDF user report, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CyberExam using your Enterprise account

  2. Navigate to User Report

  3. Select the relevant user

  4. Click Get PDF Report

  5. Choose the report language:

    • English

    • Turkish

  6. The PDF report will be generated and downloaded automatically


What Is Included in the PDF Report?

The PDF report provides a structured and visual representation of the user’s cybersecurity skills and performance, including:

  • NIST NICE–based competency assessment

  • Skill evaluation aligned with NIST NICE SP 800-181

  • Mapping aligned with NIST CSF 2.0

  • Completed learning modules and assigned tasks

  • Performance and progress indicators

  • Organization-level evaluation summaries

The NIST section of the PDF report currently includes the following analytical charts:

NIST Skill Coverage by Role

This chart shows how well a user’s skills align with the required skill sets for specific cybersecurity roles defined in the NIST NICE Framework.

It helps organizations to:

  • Understand role-based skill coverage

  • Identify strengths across defined cybersecurity roles

  • Support role alignment and career path planning

Skill Gap Prioritization Matrix

The Skill Gap Prioritization Matrix visually highlights critical skill gaps by comparing:

  • Current competency levels

  • Required skill levels per role

This matrix helps decision-makers to:

  • Prioritize training and upskilling efforts

  • Focus on high-impact skill gaps

  • Build targeted development plans


NIST NICE–Based Skill Assessment

CyberExam assesses user competencies based on the NIST NICE Framework, ensuring a standardized and objective evaluation model.

The PDF reports are aligned with:

  • NIST NICE SP 800-181 – Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity

  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
